I’m Rodrigo Fernandini, a culinary artist hailing from Chiclayo, Peru. My journey through the world of gastronomy began at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Lima, where I honed my culinary skills. Over the past decade, I’ve cultivated my expertise in the kitchens of renowned Peruvian and international restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of crafting culinary experiences for NBA stars and celebrities across the United States. Currently, I wear the apron of the executive chef and founder at Artesano Restaurant, nestled in the heart of Tribeca, New York, where I passionately deliver high-end Peruvian cuisine. On the other coast, in sunny Saint Petersburg, FL, I’ve extended my culinary artistry as the executive chef and founder of Ayllu Restaurant, offering an exquisite range of high-end Peruvian dishes. Beyond the kitchen, I’ve ventured into the world of business and entrepreneurship, establishing Sustainable Cocina, a company dedicated to crafting exceptional condiments and sauces that grace tables all over the USA.
