I had some leftover sauce from the previous video and, like a good Peruvian, I gave it a reheated twist the next day. If you know me, you know that eggs in my breakfast are sacred, so this time I fused them with the sauce and the result was epic. This recipe is perfect to enjoy with family, everything in the middle to share with your favorite toasted bread. You can replace the sausage with hot dogs or make it with just vegetables, either way, the combination of the sauce with the egg yolk and the crispy bread is the perfect combo.
